What information do we collect?

We collect your contact information if you complete our eNewsletter sign up form, our contact us form or email us directly.  The information we collect may include; your name, email address, address, phone number, IP address, location, your chosen internet browser, service provider and device, plus any information you supply voluntarily.

What do we use the information for?

  • To contact you directly regarding your inquiry.
  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website based on the information we receive from you).
  • To improve our customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your requirements). We may also contact you directly to follow up on the service we provide.
  • We may use your contact information to advertise our services to you on third-party websites such as Facebook, Twitter and Google adverts (Google Adwords).
  • If you have signed up to receive our newsletter, we will send you periodic emails (eNewsletters).  Note: if you would like to unsubscribe from future emails at any time, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.
  • To administer a contest, promotion or other site features.

Do we share your information with outside parties?

No we do not.

How long will we store your data?

If you have not signed up to receive our enewsletters, we will store your data securely for 12 months to enable us to follow up on your initial inquiry or to request feedback about our service. If we have had no communication with you in 12 months, we will delete your data.

If you have opted in to receive our enewsletters, we will hold your data securely as long as you have given us consent to do so.  Once you actively unsubscribe from our enewsletter emails (by clicking on the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of each email OR by emailing us directly) your data will be deleted.

Once your data has been deleted, the right to access, the right to erasure, the right to rectification and the right to data portability cannot be enforced.
